Organiq Media Wins Award for Manufacturing Web Design

Organiq Media (formerly Smart Net NYC)  won a Silver Communicator Award in the manufacturing category for our work on M&D Door’s website. The Communicator Awards’ manufacturing category is for websites that relate to the production of goods or services available to consumers; including factories, distributors, warehouses, and wholesalers.  M&D Door is the top supplier of doors on the East Coast.

The Award Details

As a boutique NYC web design & creative digital agency, aesthetics are obviously important to us.  But a beautiful website that’s slow to load won’t cut it- functionality and usability are paramount.  That’s why we use Woo Commerce – a fully customizable, e-commerce platform built on WordPress – for M & D Door’s extensive catalog of products. Every award we win is an important reminder for us to take some time out to honor our accomplishments. The recognition – whether it’s in the form of reviews from clients, continued business, or an actual award is something we don’t take for granted.

I know, it seems like counterintuitive business advice – especially for small and medium sized businesses like us where ‘free time’ is a foreign concept. But taking that time to relish in our hard-won success refreshes our creative energy so that we can continue to evolve as a company and better serve our customers.

The 27th Annual Communicator Awards

The winners of the 27th Annual Communicator Awards have officially been announced by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts. With over 6,000 entries received from across the US and around the world, the Communicator Awards is the largest and most competitive awards program honoring creative excellence for communications professionals.
